This brand new department, has been equiped with the most usfull test for the identification of the solution of each problem that a box maker can occur during his job.

DYNE™
test
Dyne Testing Ltd is a leading supplier of innovative, affordable and environmentally friendly measurement solutions that are designed to deliver precision performance to manufacturing, educational and research establishments.
The Dyne test is a method for the evalutation of the wettability of a surface which can help during the selection of the tight glue for a specific material.
For having a good adhesion between two materials the glue needs to interact with the substrates of botht the material.
It is possible only if the glue can reach them and this can understood by this type of test.
Humidity
test
The humidity of the papar affect a big ammount of factor like:
- planarity
- wettability
- elongation
- bending resistance
- tear resistance
- ...
Force
test
Each type of material and each material has mechanical property that define how much it can be stressed before tearing it.
Our equipement can tell to us how much strength, mesured in newton ot kilograms, a spacific piece of paper can held before broking.
It is very usefull to know according to the humidity of the material to uderstand how much the first affect the second.
