Account managers are required to have a good first degree, preferably in a business or marketing related subject, although graduates of other disciplines will usually be considered, providing they can demonstrate the necessary skills and commitment to the post. Account managers need to have a good understanding of sales and marketing, as well as an excellent knowledge of the company they work for and the products or service they sell.

The customer service manager must know the sales operations, the sales organization and the order management.

In particular, it must know marketing and market analysis techniques, computer programs for order archiving and customer databases, functions regarding the commercial secretariat and management and the different ways of contacting the client, from the desk functions to the supply chain management, or the transition between companies of products and services.

Knowledge of at least two foreign languages is required.

A candidate for the position must demonstrate at least 10 years of working experience in a high-level sales position in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment, preferably working as director of sales or director of advertising.

The candidate must demonstrate a successful record of accomplishing and exceeding goals in his managerial positions while growing and scaling a sales organization of a sizeable business.

Mechanical Designers are analytical and creative. They’re problem-solvers who are quantitatively skilled but also have an eye for good design. Leaders and decision-makers, they’re capable of guiding others and being assertive. Collaboration and cooperation is crucial, so Mechanical Designers are also great at working as a part of a team.

CAD and 3D modelling software are requirements needed to aplly.

Project management responsibilities include delivering every project on time within budget and scope. Project managers should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis.

Proven working experience as a project administrator in the production industry sector is required.

Candidates with solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in product development and packagin industry are preferred.

A candidate for the position must demostrate to know how to programm at least with structured text and C++.

Knowledge of automation basic processes and motion control are required but not necessary.

Entering the profession requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. However someone with significant programming knowledge and an associate degree in computer studies will be evaluated.
