// FAQ

Questions engineers always ask

Who owns the IP at the end of the project?

You do it. SATE provides full ownership of machine drawings, electronic circuit diagrams, firmware source code, and HMI assets. Only in-house Framework™ OS is licensed for this license.

What is the minimum project size?

Discovery and feasibility (Steps 1 ~ 2) start from several thousand euros. Typically, the full OEM contract range starts at 80,000 euros for compact cells and exceeds 1 million euros for full lines.

Can I white label my final product?

Yes. White Label is one of our four core services. Machine chassis, HMI, and documentation can all exclusively convey brand identity.

Do you support certifications (CE, UL, GMP)?

Yes. Our designs are designed with compatibility. We coordinate with CE marking and UL list certification bodies, and provide GMP/21CFR Part 11 documentation as needed.

What about post-purchase support?

Lifetime remote diagnosis via Framework™, with up to 4 hours of onsite intervention SLA in the EU. Spare parts are guaranteed for 10 years after production ends.

Do you want to sign an NDA before disclosing project details?

Always. An NDA is the first step in any Discovery engagement and is made well before technical or commercial details are shared.
